Hi everyone,
I've got an odd one for you. We have a user's mail database on our server that causes our CommVault Document Agent backup sofware to generate errors and results in our DWA not working. Not sure why they are connected. But they are.
We've narrowed down the problem to a specific user DB. When we exclude the person's DB from the backup set, it completes without any problems. The backup did work on this particular DB until the middle of last week.
I have replaced the design on the DB.
I have tried running fixup, compact, and updall on the database to fix any problems with it. But that has not worked. Are there any other commands I can run to fix a potentially corrupted DB?
Below is some info from the CommVault logs and the domino log. We're working with their support but basically, they've ruled out their software since the problem is only with one database.
Thanks,
